We take a holistic and transformational approach to change, helping our clients to embed DEI initiatives within core processes across all levels of the organization. Our leader development programs focus on three dimensions of change - cognitive, behavioral, and affective - to develop technical and pro-social skills that foster equity and move participants from awareness to practical implementation, enabling them to build and maintain powerful, inclusive, innovative teams.


Our methods are at the forefront of innovation yet rooted in tradition. We use proven, time-tested tools from psychology, human development, and traditional knowledge systems, alongside exciting advancements in social, neurological, and behavioral sciences. We aim to bridge the gap caused by a lack of capacity in recognizing, understanding, valuing, and harnessing organizational diversity.


Our clients often value DEI and personal growth principles but struggle to translate awareness into effective action. We help them identify and tackle the underlying issues of inequity that hinder their success and integrate the tools needed to lead effectively. Get them where they want to be.

OUR MISSION

Our mission at AG Consulting is to build leaderful organizations. I believe our work with teams has increasing importance in today's business landscape. I’m motivated to help organizations navigate the tension between what have been best practices in leadership development, and what is needed from leaders today to effectively navigate our rapidly changing and increasingly complex world. Organizations are increasingly understanding the value of of fostering 'soft skills' such as adaptability, emotional intelligence, growth mindset, and the ability to skillfully give and receive feedback throughout the organization. Our goal is to help them establish these practices throughout the organization to ensure a return on this important investment.
I am particularly interested in the cultural and generational shifts of the last few years and the opportunities for cross-pollination of various knowledge systems, fields of study, and practices. I see an opening in how organizations practice leader and team development. That opening aligns with my own passions and I’m motivated to respond to it.
